Lokomotiv Moscow forward Ruslan Myalkovsky has expressed his support for teammate Nikolay Komlichenko, who suffered a lateral collateral ligament injury to his knee. Myalkovsky wished the striker a swift recovery and reassured him that the entire team stands by his side.
“Kolya picked up an unfortunate injury. I wish him good health — that’s the most important thing. I really hope he gets back into playing condition as soon as possible, and I hope he has a long football career. I think that’s very important for him too. It’s always tough to come back after such injuries, but I believe everything will be fine. The team supports him. We’ve already cheered him up with kind words in the group chat. I’m sure we’ll come up with something else — Kolya won’t be sad alone,” Myalkovsky said in an interview with a reporter.
